A book that was quite confronting, and certainly makes the case for law changes on rape cases. A book with lots of twists and turns, which made for an interesting read. |

We all enjoyed this book, and it provoked a very good discussion about consent, and how the law operates. Three members had seen the play, and felt the play was better, but still enjoyed the book. Some thought it dragged a little in places, and extra characters and background were sometimes a bit laboured. |

We rated this highly as it raises such important issues. Members found the writing style easy and engaging. We hope the book contributes to necessary societal changes. One person who had seen the play much preferred the book. |
