Description:

When Adam and Jess and their children shift into their new home - a Victorian villa - a built-in wardrobe is found to be hiding a door. Adam's curiosity is piqued, not only by the secret room it reveals, but by the eclectic collection of objects he finds there, objects whose provenance he is determined to establish. A cleverly executed plot with escalating tension, this is a gripping, heart-pounding psychological thriller guaranteed to have you rethinking the virtues of curiosity and determination.
Comments from BDS Reviewers:"This is a really creepy and tense thriller. Full of mystery, and I thoroughly enjoyed reading it."
"Fast-paced and enjoyable."
"At times this story frustrated me at people's stupidity in allowing strangers into their home. Apart from that, this was a good story with plenty of twists."
"The big reveal at the end completely fooled me, I didn't see it coming."
"A twisty thriller that was a little slow to begin with, but was a rollercoaster ride by the end."
"Great premise that leads into an entertaining read."
"Would definitely make a good TV series."

Most of our group read this and wanted to get to the end - especially to find out who was involved, as several possible suspects kept you guessing. The ending was a little unrealistic, however it was an interesting concept to build a story on. |

Well-written, but the storyline a bit over the top! |

Varied opinions, but read by everyone. Felt it was easy reading with lots of twist and turns and a somewhat unexpected ending which kept the reader involved. Some felt the storyline changes were not always “completed”. Interesting characters. |
